We work with customers all over the world to bring their vision to life. From engagement and wedding rings to anniversaries, milestone birthdays and more, we offer an intimate and personalized service, available both virtually or in person at our Downtown Los Angeles Showroom.
Here is a step by step of what it looks like to reset your diamond or create a custom jewelry piece with Single Stone.
Step One: Discovery
The first step in our custom design process is what we call the discovery phase. Our stylists will meet with you virtually or one-on-one in our Downtown LA Showroom to discuss your vision, style and timeline for your custom design project.
Step Two: Stone Selection
We offer a vast selection of loose vintage diamonds to choose from. If you are re-imaging your existing piece, we will want to take a look at your diamonds or gemstones to see what we will be working with and to provide you with our assessment of your stones.
Step Three: Finalize Design
Together we’ll discuss design ideas based on styles you love, your metal preference and personal lifestyle. We can provide you with drawings or mock-ups of your jewelry piece before we begin crafting it to ensure it is what you were hoping for.
Step Four: Insurance
If you are providing your own stone(s), we will want to make sure your diamonds and gemstones are insured during the production process. We can connect you with a reliable insurance agent for a private policy, or provide you with temporary insurance to protect your valuables during our process.
Step Five: Creation
Once you have selected a design and insured your stone(s), we will get to work on handcrafting your new jewelry piece. Each one of our settings is crafted by hand to your stones dimensions.
Step Six: The Reveal
In approximately eight weeks, your new jewelry piece will be completed and delivered to you. We will ensure it fits perfectly and meets your every expectation. We are very proud of our process and our goal to preserve the craft of jewelry making here in Los Angeles. Our team of artisans and craftsmen are vital to our craft and have been carefully selected to ensure our production is heirloom worthy and meets our production standards.
We hope your new jewelry piece will be something you love and enjoy
for many years to come.
