We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to return it, we will gladly accept the return of your regular priced item within 7 days of purchase. Please follow the instructions below to complete your return.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our toll free number at 855.791.3410 for a return label and packing instructions.
- Pack your return item as detailed in our instructions sheet and insure your package. Returns are at your expense and must be insured.
- Once we receive your return we will review it to ensure it is in the same condition as it was sent. All paperwork originally included in the package, such as appraisals and certifications, must be returned. Once all returns are approved, we will refund you the purchase price less the shipping cost, sizing, and credit card fees of 4% (if applicable). Refunds will be processed within 10 days of having received the return.
Credit Card purchases are subject to a 4% restocking fee. If you pay by bank wire, there are no restocking fees.
In the event you decide to exchange the piece for another piece, there are no restocking fees.
Special Order items are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
